Suzuki Cello Graduation took place this year on Sunday March 14. There were 74 graduating students, from Twinkle through Elegie (Level 7). The cello orchestra, directed by Rick Mooney, played Three Easy Pieces by Hindemith, as well as duet parts. Special Thanks to our accompanist Cindy Williams, our leader Nancy Yamagata, and our adjudicators; Gwyneth Bravo, Lynn Burrows, Carey Beth Hockett, Julia Gustafson, Rick Mooney, Julie Newton, Karen Parth, Elizabeth Pattengale, Melissa Salomon, Dawn Seward, Susan Weisner, and Nancy Yamagata. Graduates were from the following studios: Lynn Burrows, Gwyneth Bravo, Julia Gustafson, Carey Beth Hockett, Rachael Lonergan, Rick Mooney, Karen Patch, Elizabeth Pattengale, Melissa Salomon, Susan Weisner, and Nancy Yamagata. |
